The first time is always different.
The first kiss was heated and rough, hands clutching at the others clothes, holding on for dear life. Neither of them had planned for this, had never seen it coming. It hit them with the strength of the world.
The first time Brian told Matt he loved him, his whole body was shaking. He didn't want to admit it, feared Matt would laugh or mock him. But he had to get it out; he would die if he didn't. So he forced the words out, tripping on his own tongue.
Matt only smiled, dimples coming out in full force before he crushed Brian to him, lips at his ear. "I love you too, Brian Elwin Haner, Jr."

Brian sighs, opening up another beer, reaching for the television remote, flicking through the channels. He stops momentarily on the 'late night' channels, before deciding he's not in the mood, and keeps flicking. He almost chokes on his beer when 'BREAKING NEWS' flashes up onto his screen. A white haired reporter is sat in the corner of the screen, the image of the local zoo showing next to him, quickly flicking to video footage of a panther, prowling around the grounds, green eyes glinting.
